ThreeDHQ olarak kişisel verilerinizin korunmasına önem veriyoruz. Bu metin; sipariş, iletişim, site kullanımı ve çerezlerle ilgili hangi bilgilerin hangi amaçlarla işlendiğini açıklar.
Toplanan bilgiler
- Sipariş için ad-soyad, e-posta, telefon, teslimat ve fatura adresi
- Ürün, sepet, sipariş tutarı ve tercih edilen ürün seçenekleri
- Site kullanımı için sayfa görüntüleme ve alışveriş adımı olayları
- Ödeme işlemi için gerekli bilgiler; ödeme verileri PayTR altyapısında işlenir ve kart bilgileriniz ThreeDHQ tarafından saklanmaz
Kullanım amaçları
- Siparişin alınması, hazırlanması, teslimatı ve müşteri desteği
- Dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi, güvenlik ve yasal yükümlülükler
- Açık izin verilmesi halinde site performansının ve alışveriş akışının ölçülmesi
- Açık pazarlama izni verilmesi ve ilgili bağlantılar etkinleştirilmesi halinde reklam dönüşümlerinin ölçülmesi
Çerez kategorileri
Zorunlu çerezler: Sepet, oturum, güvenlik ve dil tercihi gibi temel işlevler için gereklidir.
Analitik: İzin vermeniz halinde Google Analytics 4; ziyaret edilen sayfa, ürün kimliği/kategorisi ve alışveriş adımı gibi kişisel isim içermeyen olayları ölçer. Kişiselleştirme alanına yazdığınız isim ve özel tasarım bağlantısı analitiğe gönderilmez.
Pazarlama: Yalnızca “Tümüne izin ver” seçeneğini seçtiğinizde ve ilgili hesap bağlantıları etkin olduğunda Google Ads ve Meta Pixel dönüşüm ölçümü çalışır. Reklam kişiselleştirmesi varsayılan olarak kapalı tutulur.
Tercihinizi yönetme
İlk ziyarette “Tümüne izin ver”, “Yalnızca analitik” veya “Reddet” seçeneklerinden birini kullanabilirsiniz. Seçiminizi daha sonra sayfanın altındaki “Çerez ayarları” düğmesinden değiştirebilir veya geri alabilirsiniz.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve güvenlik
Site altyapısı, barındırma, WooCommerce, PayTR, Google Analytics 4 ve izin verilmesi halinde Google Ads/Meta hizmetleri yalnızca kendi işlevleri kapsamında veri işleyebilir. Site bağlantıları SSL ile korunur. Veriler amaçla sınırlı süre boyunca ve yasal saklama yükümlülüklerine uygun şekilde tutulur.

ThreeDHQ values the protection of your personal data. This notice explains what information is processed for orders, communication, site use and cookies, and for which purposes.
Information we collect
- Name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address required for an order
- Product, cart, order value and selected product options
- Page-view and shopping-step events used to understand site performance
- Information required for payment; payment data is processed through PayTR and card details are not stored by ThreeDHQ
How information is used
- Receiving, preparing and delivering orders and providing customer support
- Fraud prevention, security and legal obligations
- Measuring site performance and the shopping flow when analytics consent is granted
- Measuring advertising conversions when marketing consent is granted and the relevant integrations are enabled
Cookie categories
Necessary cookies: Required for essential functions such as the cart, session, security and language preference.
Analytics: With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures events such as page views, product ID/category and shopping steps without sending the personal name entered for customization or a private design link.
Marketing: Google Ads and Meta Pixel conversion measurement runs only when you select “Allow all” and the related account connections are enabled. Advertising personalization remains disabled by default.
Managing your preference
On your first visit, you may choose “Allow all”, “Analytics only” or “Reject”. You can later change or withdraw your choice using the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page.
Service providers and security
Hosting, WooCommerce, PayTR, Google Analytics 4 and, when permitted, Google Ads/Meta services may process data only for their relevant function. Site connections are protected with SSL. Data is retained only as long as necessary for its purpose and applicable legal obligations.
